The entire sales process was hands-off and smooth. Charles communicated with us regularly so that we knew what was going on; he nurtured all potential buyers and their agents so that every deal had the best chance of closing; and every closing condition during escrow was coordinated by him so that we could focus on the next chapter of our lives.
Overall he’s just a kind human being. More importantly than everything above, Charles was so nice and helpful throughout the process. We didn’t feel like a number; we never felt pressured into making wrong decisions; we were never pressured into any deals that we didn’t feel prepared or comfortable with; and we really felt like we were his most important client. Our kids and dog loved him, and we also overheard that the agents and buyers really enjoyed working with him as well.
